Minutes
- Mr. Dumford shared that we have bid our brick provider for our elementary school, which was bid as part of our elementary GMP. Mr. Dumford provided an illustration of the outside of the elementary school so the Board could see the coloring and the appearance.
- Mrs. Hamberg gave a quick review of the process that the District went through to get names and community input for the new elementary naming.

It is recommended the Board approve to amend the Gilbane Building Company Agreement to Establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Elementary School and Central Energy Plant (GMP #2).
Minutes
- Mr. Sewell walked through the GMP Amendment #2 details and the overall summary of our budget. He went through Exhibit D - alternates to the base bid and the items that are being proposed to accept as part of the GMP#2. He then discussed the schedule that has been put together for our projects and we are on a tight timeline for our elementary. Mr. Sewell said that the construction bidding environment is very challenging right now and subcontractors are saturated with work.
