This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not considered a public community meeting. This is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the agenda. (Please reference criteria for Public Participation, which is attached to the agenda.)
It is recommended the Board approve the agreement for electric services between Consolidated Cooperative, Inc. and Big Walnut Local Schools.
It is recommended the Board approve the Negotiated Agreement between the Big Walnut Education Association and the Big Walnut Board of Education.
It is recommended the Board approve the 2020 insurance rates.
Due to the savings that the move to the new health plan will bring to the District, it is recommended that the Board approve appropriate deposits made into the medical health savings account for any employee who moves to the revised medical insurance plan, as is provided to Big Walnut Education Association (BWEA) members.

It is recommended the Board exit Executive Session and the meeting adjourns.
