- The Board discussed various options on funds available to allocate to the building projects and the current budget versus estimated costs for the remaining athletic construction. Along with opportunities for public contributions to the athletic projects and what the relationship between the district and support organizations should work.

- Mr. Crowl noted that there was a notice in the Delaware Gazette regarding the Village and the District.
- Mr. Fujii recognized Mr. Hildreth and his time on the DACC Board. He, also, wanted to know if there had been a conversation with the Career Center Superintendent on the board seats. He wanted to discuss the practice of exams being pushed back due to the closing for a calamity day. Mr. Fujii also had questions on the football coach hire process, the credentials of other candidates, and what differentiated the selected candidate.
- Mrs. Dorsch said that she is excited to finally be part of the board.
- Mrs. Lee sadly shared that Jim Evans, who was part of the Library Board of Directors, passed away over the break.
- Mr. Schneider commented on how he wondered if the exam model may need to evolve.

This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not considered a public community meeting. This is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the agenda. (Please reference criteria for Public Participation, which is attached to the agenda.)
