Selected Board Policy
Minutes
- Mrs. Graziosi shared about the policies the Ad hoc Committee has been reviewing.
- Mr. Fujii indicated that a good practice would be to prepare a list of the policies and possible changes, which could be distributed to all members to review.
- Mr. Crowl agreed that this would be a good process and that the Ad hoc Committee would go through and hopefully, the committee would be able to get the list together for the first reading on policies for next week.

It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment of a public employee or official and to review negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment.
Minutes
- Mr. Crowl added to the Executive Session the purpose of safety matters and to negotiate with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance.
- The Board took a brief recess and began the Executive Session at 8:29 am.
- The Board exited the Executive Session at 10:39 am.
