The mission of the Big Walnut Local Schools is to inspire and guide each student to his or her maximum potential.
Be it resolved, the Big Walnut Local Board of Education hereby declares the attached property is no longer needed for school purposes, is obsolete, and/or is unfit for the use for which it was acquired.
It is recommended the Board modify the Resolution adopted May 18, 2023 at the Regular meeting concerning the sale of property to the City of Sunbury. This sales contract modification reflects no material changes to the original agreement. It only reflects editorial changes suggested following a legal review.
