      • It is recommended the board approve the attached Resolution Limiting Display of Flags, Banners, Signs and Symbols in the Classroom
      • Mrs. Graziosi proposes consideration for substitute Policy 8805 attached - first reading

    It is recommended the Board approve the attached Professional and Classified Staff policies (3000's & 4000's) - second reading.

    All HR items are pending receipt of successful background checks, verification of experience, and completion of all necessary documentation.

    It is recommended the Board approve the following resignations:

    • M. Shawn Rogers, bus driver, effective on November 28, 2023, after working .25 that day
    • John Bolin, GRE 4/hr Custodian 2nd shift, effective at the end of the day on December 15, 2023
    • Lera Peterson, BWHS Teaching Assistant, effective December 10, 2023

    It is recommended the Board approve the following one-year classified contracts for the 2023/2024 school year:

    • *Angela Holmes, ELC Preschool Teaching Assistant, step 3, effective December 4, 2023
    • *Kathleen McGuff, BWIS Teaching Assistant, step 1, effective December 6, 2023

    It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session as permitted by ORC Section 121.22I to consider the employment of a public employee or official and to confer with an attorney for the Board of Education concerning disputes involving the Board that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.
