    It is recommended that the Board declare Darren Jenkins, Treasurer, incapacitated and remain on unpaid medical leave until further conversations can occur regarding his return.

    It is recommended the Board appoint J. Scott Gooding II as Interim Treasurer/Treasurer Pro Tempore effective March 5, 2024, at the beginning of business on a month-to-month basis pending contract negotiation and a successful background check.
