Minutes
Mrs. Pollock explained the reason for using the ESC for the statutory Business Advisory Council:
- Most of the School in Central Ohio are using the ESC for BAC
- We also do other things with the community
- Businesses share what they are looking for in students and our 2020 vision is in line with what Business is looking for.

Mr. Buskirk shared items that are being presented on the next meeting
- Bond Resolution to authorize the issuance of bonds and refund notes
- VOYA Roth 457 Resolution
- Possible Resolution for Bus Leasing for buses that have already been approved in June 28th of 2017 meeting
- An update on Underwriter selection for Bond Issues
- There will also be an update to the Five Year Forecast

This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not considered a public community meeting. It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment of a public employee or official and discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance.
