This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not considered a public community meeting. It is recommended that the Board approve the resolution "SELECTING TRIAD ARCHITECTS TO SERVE AS DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FOR SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS IN VESTIBULES AND AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION AND EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES."

- Mr. Schneider asked if there were key milestone completion dates.
- Allison Fagan shared that when the high school was built there were some delays and we had to postpone the start of school. If there needed to be a delay she would be in favor of that in order to make sure our schools are secure.

It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment of a public employee, to discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance, to confer with an attorney for the Board of Education concerning disputes involving the Board that are the subject of pending or imminent court action, and to consider the purchase of property for public purposes.
