    It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment of a public employee, to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, to review negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment, and to discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance.
