Minutes

  • Mrs. Meyer wants everyone to be safe during prom night. She thanked the high school staff for always doing a great job during this busy time of the year.
  • Mr. Elliott shared that the Men’s Volleyball Tournament went well and the proceeds are going to the high school's annual Challenge Day. Thursday and Friday at 7 will be the student-written and directed play Lives Between the Lines by Charis Ellet. Big Walnut Girls Choir and Mixed Select Choir made it to states, which will be at Licking Valley on the 27th. The band’s wind ensemble also made it to states, which will be at Newark on the 27th. Prom is on the 28th at the Villa Milano, the theme will be Great Gatsby. Lastly, a reminder for the Law Enforcement Night of Appreciation which will be held May 3rd, Student Council has been working very hard on that and are excited to thank our community’s police officers.
  • Mr. Schneider announced that 16 BW students will move on to State Science Fair. He acknowledged a thank you letter from the Fraternal Order of Police for the $3,500 donation that was made.
