Minutes
- Ms. Pollock and Mr. Swartz shared that there was a bid opening yesterday and we received one bid. There will be a post-bid meeting on Friday to go through the numbers, discuss the scope of work, and the ability of the company to complete the work. As we enter construction, we need to look at our process for change orders and the change process.
- Mr. Swartz explained the change management process and went through what the State model is and some modified recommendations for our projects.

It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment of a public employee, to consider the purchase of property, and to discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance.

18-68 Mr. Wecker motioned, Mrs. Meyer to have the Superintendent or her designee to obtain a real estate agent for the purchase of land for the high school and elementary school.
