- The Board exited Executive Session at 6:20 pm
- From the floor, Mr. Wecker read:
Whereas a vacancy has been caused on the Board of Education by reason of resignation; and
Whereas this Board of Education has the legal authority to fill a vacancy for the unexpired term thereof; now, therefore, be it resolved by a majority vote of all the remaining members of the Board of Education of the Big Walnut Local School District that Mrs. Liana Lee be and hereby is, appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Education of this school district for the unexpired term of Dr. Allison Fagan. - Motion 18-133 Mrs. Meyer moved to approve the resolution and Mr. Schneider seconded.
