Minutes
- Ms. Pollock shared that we are going to continue planning for Harrison Street to be utilized as an Early Learning Center for PreSchool.This has been discussed with Facilities Advisory, Academic Advisory, and Staff and has been received with positive feedback.
- Mr. Swartz shared milestone dates for the New Elementary and High School projects:
- zoning approved and will be presenting at the February 20th regular meeting
- if everything stays on track, closing in early March
- present the GMP information for site plan at the next meeting
- Mr. Swartz updated on the Security Improvement Projects. We had issued a 48 hour notice and specific demands that needed to be done.

Minutes
- Mr. Wecker expressed that there was a concern with the spring lacrosse schedule that there was a several week gap in when games are scheduled to be played due to conflicting spring schedules.

Public Participation
This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not considered a public community meeting. This is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the agenda. (Please reference criteria for Public Participation, which is attached to the agenda.)
Minutes
- Mr. Jeff George from Berkshire Twp. stated how a township does not have a say in what a school or church does and cannot charge fees. He is curious if a municipality is different.

It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment/appointment of a public employee/official, to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, to prepare for negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment, and to discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance.
