    It is recommended the Board approve the following leave of absences or revisions:

    • Rhonda Corven, 5th Grade Math Teacher, Big Walnut Intermediate School, beginning April 1, 2019, and lasting through the end of the 2018/2019 school year
    • Stacy Chalfant, Teaching Assistant, Hylen Souders Elementary, effective August 14 through November 15, 2019

    It is recommended the Board approve the following co-curricular contract revisions for the 2018/2019 school year:

    • Lindsey Frim, PAC, Big Walnut Elementary, change from a full contract to a .6 contract
    • Patrick Flanagan, PAC, Big Walnut Elementary, .4  contract, group 7 step 0

    14.4 .

    It is recommended the Board approves a 90-day contract for the following classified  staff:

    • Adam Carney, 2nd Shift Custodian, Big Walnut Middle School, step 3, effective February 11, 2019
    • Brittani Lewis, Teaching Assistant, Big Walnut Intermediate School, step 0, effective March 1, 2019
    • Angela Neverman, Teaching Assistant, Big Walnut Intermediate School, step 0, effective February 25, 2019

    It is recommended the Board approve the attached athletic supplementals for the 2018/2019 school year pending receipt of successful background checks, verification of experience, and completion of all necessary
    documentation.

    It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment/appointment of a public employee/official, to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, to prepare for negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment, and to discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance.
