Minutes
- Ms. Pollock took an opportunity to discuss zoning and construction to ensure that everyone was up-to-date.
- There was further conversation on the amount of fees that the District has paid as the construction projects have begun.
- Mr. Swartz provided an update on the kick-off meeting and the closing on the two properties that occurred last week.

Minutes
- The Board had continued discussion on levy planning after the work session on Tuesday night.
- Mr. Buskirk shared that there was a rating call with Moody's rating agency yesterday, and we will be anticipating our rating on March 25th with pricing of our bonds in early April.

- Mr. Crowl commented that for school security canine units are being trained to respond to perpetrators to disable the weapon to remove the threat. He also commented that many districts are allowing club clay shooting and shooting clubs, and felt there could be an interest in these offerings.

This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not considered a public community meeting. This is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated in the agenda. (Please reference criteria for Public Participation, which is attached to the agenda.)

It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment/appointment of a public employee/official, to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, and to discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance.
