    It is recommended the Board approve Prairie Run Elementary School, based on community and committee input, as the name of the new elementary school.

    It is recommended the Board approve the Resolution Designating Board's Authorized Representative for the New Elementary, High School, Central Energy Plant (CEP), Site Athletics Project and Delegating Authority to Conduct Business Related to the Project.

    It is recommended the Board approve a one-year leave of absence for Julie Heitz for the 2019/2020 school year.


    14.2 .

    It is recommended the Board approve Jennifer Whalen, long-term substitute, Big Walnut Elementary, BA step 0, effective April 26, 2019, through the end of the 2018/2019 school year.

     

     


    14.3 .

    It is recommended the Board approve the following resignations:

    • Kevin Ellinwood, BWHS Social Studies Teacher, effective at the end of the 2018/2019 school year, due to retirement
    • Gary Hankins, BWIS Principal, effective on July 31, 2019
    • Christine Nance, BWHS Food Service Worker, effective April 4, 2019

    It is recommended the Board approve a 90-day classified contract for Trisha Stewart, Teaching Assistant, BWMS, step 0, effective April 8, 2019.


    14.5 .

    It is recommended the Board approve the following athletic supplementals  pending receipt of successful background checks, verification of experience, and completion of all necessary documentation:

    • Claire Chilcoat, BWHS Track Volunteer, effective 2018/2019 school year
    • Laney Hudson, BWMS Track Volunteer, effective 2018/2019 school year
