It is recommended the Board approve the minutes for the January 16 and February 13, 2020, regularly scheduled Board meetings.

- Mr. Crowl was not in attendance at the February 13, 2020 meeting; therefore, the minutes will be voted on separately.
- 20-039 Mrs. Lee motioned to approve January 16, 2020 minutes, Mrs. Dorsch seconded.
- All Board members voted yes
