    It is recommended the Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding relating to community reinvestment area and school district compensation between the City of Sunbury and the Big Walnut Local School District.

    It is recommended the Board approve for the Big Walnut Local School District to further study, explore potential partners, research governance/fiscal alternatives, and consider the viability/establishment of a 'Sunbury Area Joint Recreational District'.

    All HR items are pending receipt of successful background checks, verification of experience, and completion of all necessary documentation.

    It is recommended the Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding between The Big Walnut Local School District Board of Education and OAPSE/AFSCME Local 4/AFL-CIO and its Local #524 mutually agree that all contracted van drivers shall be considered bus drivers and must meet all bus driver qualifications.
