It is recommended the Board approve a 2-year Administrative Level I contract for Lauren Heitkamp, Principal, Big Walnut Elementary, $83,000 annual salary, effective August 1, 2021.

It is recommended the Board approve the attached Fall and Winter Head Coach supplemental contracts for the 2021/2022 school year pending receipt of successful background checks, verification of experience, and completion of all necessary documentation.
It is recommended the Board approve Emily Ross, .5 High School Track Coach, group 4, step 3 for the 2020/2021 school year.
It is recommended the Board approve the following Resident Educator Mentor stipends for the 2020/2021 school year:

It is recommended the Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Big Walnut Local Board of Education and the Big Walnut Professional Support Staff Association to extend the current Collective Bargaining Agreement for one (1) year.
It is recommended the Board approve the attached Memorandum of Understanding between the Big Walnut Board of Education and the Big Walnut Education Association regarding the expiration of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).

It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment/appointment of a public employee/official, to prepare for negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment, and to discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other political subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance.
