This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not considered a public community meeting. It is recommended the Board approve the following resolution to approve the transfer of 1.415 acres of the 37.839-acre tract owned by the Big Walnut Local Board of Education, currently the site of Big Walnut Intermediate School, County Parcel Number 41713403028000 to the Pulte Homes of Ohio, LLC for the proposed purpose of establishing a public road as part of the Magnolia Park Fiber Project. In exchange, the Pulte Homes of Ohio shall convey to the Big Walnut Local Board of Education a .572-acre parcel adjoining the Big Walnut Intermediate Campus as described in the attached documents.
