    It is recommended the Board approve the Annual Appropriations for the fiscal year 2019 at fund level in accordance with Section 5705.38 and 5705.39 ORC.

    It is recommended the Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding between The Big Walnut Local Board of Education and OAPSE/AFSCME Local 4/AFL-CIO and it's Local #524 agreeing on the revisions to Article 13 and 39.

    It is recommended the Board approve the 90-day classified contract for the following:

    • Becky Seawell, second shift part-time (4 hrs/day) custodian, General Rosecrans Elementary, step 0, effective September 12, 2018.
    • Elizabeth Barry, Teaching Assistant, Big Walnut Intermediate School, step 0, effective September 12, 2018
    • Jennifer DuBose, Teaching Assistant, Big Walnut High School, step 0, effective August 27, 2018

    It is recommended the Board approve a $1,500 a year mileage stipend for the Director of Facilities position.

    It is recommended the Board approve the following stipends upon completion of the proposed work throughout the 2018/2019 school year:

    It is recommended the Board enter Executive Session to consider the employment/appointment of a public employee/official, to discuss confidential information related to negotiations with other subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance, and to prepare for negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment.
